Bicolor Angelfish

Bicolor Angelfish, Two-colored Angelfish, Oriole Angelfish

Centropyge bicolor

Size: 5 inches

Minimum tank size: 30 gallons

Reef safe: With caution. Bicolor angels may nip at large polyp stony corals, soft corals and clam mantles.

Diet: Plant matter and some animal matter

Temperament: Placid. May not mix well with other dwarf angels unless in a large tank.

General: Bicolor angelfish are a great colorful addition to smaller tanks. They are relatively good community fish and in some cases may be fully reef safe. Caution should be taken however as they do have a tendency to sometimes nip at large polyp stony corals, soft corals and clam mantles. Bicolor angels should be provided with plenty of hiding places.
